OUR STORY.
It was a dandy summer day on September 21, 2013 when the two met. There was an event at Mosaic called Yelo. They still remember how flipping hot it was in the women's club, and they even remember the fact that the Thai food ran out, but one thing they will never forget is how they couldn't keep their eyes off each other the whole time.
Now, let's interrupt this story for a moment and just say, this is NOT AN EXAGGERATION.
T H E W H O L E D A N G T I M E. The awkward eye contact, and the amount of double-takes and times they pretended that they weren't looking at each other is unreal and mildly embarrassing.
Anywho... it was finally break time, and Tess was having a conversation with Danny (Eric's brother, shout out to DTM for making all the magic happen) and tall, 6'4 handsome Eric walks up and introduces himself. While Tess was melting on the inside and already planning the wedding date, they carried out a brief, boring conversation that had little to no meaning whatsoever.
So the event finally ends, and they both go home. Lame right?
Eric & Danny decided to come to Mosaic a couple times after Yelo, and Tess was ALWAYS thrilled to see the both of them, with just a tad more emphasis on Eric.
They all got to scheming and decided that it would be a great idea to plan a group hang-out sesh on that upcoming Saturday. Throughout the week, Danny let us know that him and his GF weren't going to be able to make it. Elih & Peter were supposed to tag along, and Peter's parents ended up coming into town... I mean COME ON.
So then there were two.
They were texting ALL week and couldn't wait to hang out. It was Friday night, and Saturday was just too far away. So Tess decided to drive all the way down to Newport to see Eric.
They met up with each other, talked the whole night, and they even watched the sunrise together.
I mean... make a movie, please.
& to be honest, the rest was pretty much history.
